We produce NB series of fully automatic, semi-automatic PET blow molding machines and other 0.1L-2L Full Automatic Blow Molding machines with output from 1000 to 8000 bottles per hour, which can satisfy different customers' requirements. Our products are Certificated by CE. | Using an advanced microcomputer control system, stable performance. Automatic delivery of embryos. Infrared tube heating, strong penetrating power, uniform heating, fast and reliable. Each mechanical action has a self-locking device. When a process fails, the program will automatically switch to a safe state. All action cylinders are driven, pollution-free, and low noise. The clamping force is strong by adopting high pressure and a double crank arm connecting rod. It can be in manual or automatic mode. Easy to install, the production process is fully automated, easy to operate, simple to maintain, safe, hygienic, high yield, and efficient. |
| New Auto Preform Unscrambler System. *Adopts one-way preform-feeding structure and preform-separating by servo motor structure which solves the preform block and abrasion problem.
*There are two photoelectric sensors to controlthe preform-loading motor and a preform-separating cylinder that will warn the operator to add the preforms into the hopper when lacks preform instead of stopping the machine. |
