Complete Fully Automatic Carbonated Drink Soda Water Filling Machine
The machine is suitable for filling and sealing of carbonated drink , craft beer and beverage in the industrial of PET bottle, PLA bottle , Glass bottle beverage field. The filling and seaming are of integral design. The principle of equal pressure filing is adopted.
During filing, after the empty bottle reaches into the bottle lifting cylinder after passing through the pneumatic triplex parts, and the empty bottle is raised and the conical seal gasket under the filling valve is sealed. The position turning block of the filling valve turns the position and opens the valve under the action of another cylinder. The air is filled into the empty bottle to form equal pressure. From a large material barrel, the beer passes through small conduits and flows into the empty bottle. When the liquid level in the empty bottle blocks the gas return pipe mouth, then the filling stops. Under the action of arm, the de-foaming valve will slowly discharge the air and pressure, the can supporting cylinder will continue to fall. After it is discharged, the bottle is sent to the sealing machine for sealing by the hook chain that runs synchronously.
During the sealing, the sealing wheel carries out pre-sealing and then real sealing. After it is sealed, the bottle is pushed out by the beating head of the cap beating mechanism and then dialed by dial to the conveyor belt for conveying.

Q 1 When can I get installation from you? how much the cost?
When you finish the preparation conditions(water resource,electricity,air supply,production materials) according to our designed layout , please contact with our sales manager, we will dispatch engineer to you.
* Inspect and improve connection jobs together with your team .
* Guide your staff to operate machines , and explain how to operate and maintain machines .
* Collected your your comments on our machines , we will send feedback to our technical team to improve our machines continuously. The customer should be responsible for the room, meals and board and the two-way air tickets and visa and fee as well the allowance 100 USD per day for each person. And should be also responsible for the engineer's personal safety. Note: Normally when your preparation is done,you can contact with our sales people and cooperate us to get the visa for the engineer and our engineer will be there within 15 days more or less .
Q 2 How long time for installation?
According your machines order,we will send one or two engineers to your plant,it will take about 15 days to 30 days.
Q 3 When can I get my machine after I paid?
Normally production time is around 30-60days , it depends on your ordered machines and quantity . The shipping time is based on your destination port.(Usually we use Shanghai port , Ningbo Port as loading port )
Q 4 How about the spare parts?
We will send one year enough easy broken spare parts together with the machines together when delivery. During the warranty time, we will supply the spare parts with our cost price including and delivery fees.
Q 5 What`s your payment term?
We accept TT , TT/LC/Western union.etc
Q 6 How to test machine before delivery?
We will connect all machines in line make them running over 8 hours non-stop , then take and send testing videos. Or we could live video inspection .
Q 7 How about the Packaging details?
Standard export packing to ensure that the product packaging integrity and safety. ( Heavy products adopt export plywood case packing with waterproof film . Small products use thick carton packing waterproof film)
Q 8 Do you have reference project?
We have reference project in most countries. After getting the permission of the customer who has brought the machines from us ,we will send you their contact information and arrange your visiting to their factory. And you are always welcome to come to visit our factories ,and inspect the machine running in our factory .We will be glad offer necessary supports on hotel booking , transportation , VISA application.
