Automatic PET Bottle Juice Filling Machine for Apple and Orange Juice
This series small bottle filling machine is used for normal and hot filling and production of tea drink , fruit juice , flavor juice , energy drink .... etc. This juice bottling machine integrates washing, filling and capping together. It is scientific and reasonable design,simple operation, is the first choice equipment for hot filling beverage production.
The whole fruit juice filling package machine adopts clip bottle neck suspension process design, and uses the filling valve lifting, can satisfy the requirement of a max 95ºC hot filling technology. Filling movements is smooth, fast, high precision, reliable sealing, low material loss of functionality, and effectively avoid the secondary pollution of bottle opening. Simply replacing equivalent components, can realize conversion between different bottles. Human-machine interface touch-screen control, PLC computer control, frequency converter control and other advanced technology, high degree of automation. The main electrical components adopt international famous manufacturers.

Washing Parts. -Rotary rinsing turret one treatment, fixed nozzles, with grippers. -The grippers take the bottles from the inlet star-wheel while they are still driven by the star-wheel, thus guaranteeing a safe grip. -After the gripping, the bottle is turned upside down and above a spraying nozzle which directs a stream of rinse water into the bottle. After the draining period the bottle is turned over to an upright position again. |

Filling Parts. -The star-wheels drive the bottles always "by the neck" through the rinsing, filling and capping steps. For the various types of bottle, it is easy to adjust the structure for the operator by our specialized design. -Product bowl is to reduce the loss of heat. -If the temperature is low than the setting value, the filling valves will stop and return the last beverage in filling valve to recycle tank and return to UHT again to sterilize with pump. |

Capping Parts. -Rotary capping turret, suitable to the application of screw plastic caps on PET bottles -The fixed part consists of the cap hopper, the cap feeder with relevant motor and the cam actuating the capping heads. -The heads are raised and lowered by the action of a follower that is riding on a shaped cam |

Q 1 When can I get installation from you? how much the cost?
When you finish the preparation conditions(water resource,electricity,air supply,production materials) according to our designed layout , please contact with our sales manager, we will dispatch engineer to you.
* Inspect and improve connection jobs together with your team .
* Guide your staff to operate machines , and explain how to operate and maintain machines .
* Collected your your comments on our machines , we will send feedback to our technical team to improve our machines continuously. The customer should be responsible for the room, meals and board and the two-way air tickets and visa and fee as well the allowance 100 USD per day for each person. And should be also responsible for the engineer's personal safety. Note: Normally when your preparation is done,you can contact with our sales people and cooperate us to get the visa for the engineer and our engineer will be there within 15 days more or less .
Q 2 How long time for installation?
According your machines order,we will send one or two engineers to your plant,it will take about 15 days to 30 days.
Q 3 When can I get my machine after I paid?
Normally production time is around 30-60days , it depends on your ordered machines and quantity . The shipping time is based on your destination port.(Usually we use Shanghai port , Ningbo Port as loading port )
Q 4 How about the spare parts?
We will send one year enough easy broken spare parts together with the machines together when delivery. During the warranty time, we will supply the spare parts with our cost price including and delivery fees.
Q 5 What`s your payment term?
We accept TT , TT/LC/Western union.etc
Q 6 How to test machine before delivery?
We will connect all machines in line make them running over 8 hours non-stop , then take and send testing videos. Or we could live video inspection .
Q 7 How about the Packaging details?
Standard export packing to ensure that the product packaging integrity and safety. ( Heavy products adopt export plywood case packing with waterproof film . Small products use thick carton packing waterproof film)
Q 8 Do you have reference project?
We have reference project in most countries. After getting the permission of the customer who has brought the machines from us ,we will send you their contact information and arrange your visiting to their factory. And you are always welcome to come to visit our factories ,and inspect the machine running in our factory .We will be glad offer necessary supports on hotel booking , transportation , VISA application. OR you can get video of our reference running machine on our website too .
